I believe everyone deserves access to affirming, specialized care. I hold a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients with financial need. If cost is a barrier, please mention this when you reach out.
individual counseling
You know your own experience better than anyone else could. My job isn't to tell you what healing should look like—it's to bring what I know about trauma and recovery, and work with you to figure out how that applies to your life, your body, your story.
Here's how that works in practice: I offer 50-minute individual therapy sessions, typically meeting with clients weekly. If a different schedule makes more sense for you, we can talk about what works best.
-
We'll spend our initial time getting to know each other and understanding what's bringing you to therapy. We'll talk through your history, what's happening now, and what you're hoping to get from our work together. For some folks this takes one session; for others, two. We'll move at whatever pace feels right for you.
From there, we'll work together to figure out what our ongoing therapy looks like based on your needs and goals.
insurance:
I am a private pay provider and do not accept insurance. I can provide a superbill to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement, though I cannot guarantee reimbursement.

group therapy
Group therapy offers something individual work can't: the chance to heal alongside other people who really get it. There's something powerful about being witnessed by others who've navigated similar experiences—it shifts things in ways that talking one-on-one sometimes can't.
Groups can work on their own or deepen what you're doing in individual therapy. Either way, you're trying on new ideas and practices in a space that's both protected and accountable, with people who understand.
I run 8-week virtual groups with up to 10 participants. Some center identity and community; others focus on building skills around specific mental health concerns. All of them blend learning with connection and processing
group therapy rates:
$75 per 90-minute session
(discount available if full 8-week session is paid for in advance)
$90 per initial intake session
(30-60 minutes)

A space to heal without being told your body is wrong.
We explore recovery beyond diet culture and weight-centered frameworks.
This group is for fat folks navigating eating disorder recovery in a world that pathologizes fatness and frequently centers weight loss as “health.” Together, we’ll process the realities of recovering in fat bodies—including the ways harmful messaging can show up even in treatment spaces.
You’ll connect with others who understand the complexity of this work and explore new ways of defining recovery beyond models that weren’t built with fat bodies in mind.
Important note: This group is for folks who are medically stable in their recovery. Depending on where you are in your journey, you may need to have your own therapist or treatment team. We’ll talk through what makes sense during an initial consultation.

For folks who were diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, or other types of neurodivergence as adults or are exploring the possibility of neurodivergence—formal diagnosis is not required.
Late diagnosis (or discovery) comes with layers: relief, grief, anger, confusion about who you've been and who you are now. This group is space to work through all of it. We'll explore what neurodivergent identity means for you, process what it's like to realize this later in life, and grieve what you didn't know or get earlier.
We'll also get practical—learning about your specific needs, what accommodations actually help, and how to unmask safely. This group approaches neurodivergence through a trauma lens, focusing on partnering with your nervous system rather than pathologizing how your brain works. You'll learn skills for navigating a neurotypical world while building compassion for yourself and connecting with others who understand what this journey is like.
